The Barcelona U18 Women's Nations Water Polo Cup is an elite, international tournament for national teams preparing for the World Aquatics Women's U18 Water Polo Championships (Tenerife, August 16–23, 2026).
Held in Barcelona, one of the world's most prestigious water polo hubs, this competition provides a high-performance environment for top U18 athletes, allowing teams to fine-tune strategies and compete against the best before the World Championships.
Essential Information
Schedule
From Monday, August 10th, to Thursday, August 13th.
> Monday: Training day at Montjuïc
> Tuesday to Thursday: Tournament at CN Sabadell (Morning and evening sessions)
Location
The tournament will take place at Club Natació Sabadell, one of Europe's best sports facilities with an Olympic and 33-meter swimming pool.
A full day is also planned at Montjuïc's stunning pools, the venue of the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games.
Category
Only U18 women's national teams participating in the World Aquatics Women's U18 Water Polo Championships are eligible.
All-inclusive Package
The organization offers a full board package from Sunday, August 9th, to Friday, August 14th.
Our Purpose
The tournament is designed to provide a high-performance, competitive environment for national teams to prepare for the World Championships, fostering top-level competition, skill development, and tactical preparation in one of the world's water polo capitals.
Hosted by CN Sabadell
The event is co-organized by Club Natació Sabadell, a Champions League club with one of Europe's top facilities.
Official environment
The tournament will follow official World Aquatics rules and high-level referees.

Don't worry about anything! 4-star hotel just 10 minutes away from the pool and full board from Sunday 9th until Friday 14th.
Competition
The main goal is that teams are exposed to the maximum amount of competitive games during four days.
